Stretching Class for ShibariFor Rope Bunny and Rigge

Learn how to prepare the body to enhance your shibari experience! When the body is properly stretched, relaxed, and activated, you can enjoy rope tying more deeply with your partner or by yourself.
During the class, we will learn a few quick and effective stretching exercises inspired by Yoga. For rope bunnies exercises will focus on opening shoulders, and streching the neck, and hip, and for riggers, the exercises will be focused on stretching and strengthening the wrist, neck, arm, and core. You can also learn how to do stretching exercises together with a partner!
It’s a 90-minute class for all levels of experiences, guided by Yoga instructor and rope bunny Camila. Join with your rope partner or by yourself. Everyone is welcome.
